Terms and Conditions

This agreement includes the terms and conditions for using SFB platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” and/or “Terms and Conditions”), which constitutes a binding agreement between you and Sustainable Star LLC., a Saudi limited liability company with commercial registration number: 1010838530.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all users of SFB platform (the “Platform”), and to all parties who visit SFB website (“Website”) at sfb-app.com.As used in these Terms, “You” and “you” includes all such parties, whether they are acting on their own behalf, or on behalf of or as part of a company or other entity.
By visiting the Website or using the Platform, you are representing and affirming that you have read, understand, and agreed that you are bound by these Terms, and of legal age to accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the SFB Platform.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” used below refer to SFB.

1. Who May Use the Platform / Subscriptions

Except for our free Basic version of SFB, your right to use the Platform depends on you timely paying the required fees. Business and Enterprise users obtain a subscription to use the Platform once they pay; free/Basic users obtain no subscription but may still use the Platform. All users must comply with these terms.
You agree to use the Platform only as permitted in these Terms.

2. Use Restrictions

You accept and assume sole responsibility for your use of the Platform.

You should not share your log-in info/credentials or otherwise allow anyone else to use them to access the Platform.

You agree that you will always comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Platform, including respecting third parties’ privacy rights and intellectual property rights.

The Platform should NOT be used for purposes that could harm individuals, violate laws, facilitate scams, or place anyone in danger.

We will make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly. However, we’re not liable for any technical errors, maintenance work, damage, wrongful use, unauthorized access, conflicts, or content you upload to the platform.

You agree that we have the absolute right to remove any form that we believe may be used in connection with prohibited purposes or activities, and may also disable your access to related submissions.

You and your agents hereby release SFB from any responsibility for any wrongs or violations committed by you relating to your use of the Platform.

3. Account Creation & Security

You must provide a valid email address and other information to complete signup and create a login. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for account security and compliance with these Terms. Automated access methods are not permitted.

4. Payments, Renewals, etc

A. Payments. If you use a credit card, you must ensure the accuracy of your card information and notify us of changes. Failed payments may lead to suspension or cancellation.

B. Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel or downgrade. Contact us to prevent future charges.

C. Upgrades/Downgrades. Changing plans adjusts allowed forms, submissions, space, etc., and may result in data loss when downgrading.

5. Use of Data

You are responsible for all Data collected through forms on the Platform. SFB does not own your Data but may access it as needed to provide the service and fulfill legal obligations.

6. Term and Termination

Your access to the Platform is contingent upon timely payment. We reserve the right to terminate access for material breaches of this Agreement.

7. No Warranties

SFB is not liable for any loss from failure to comply with these Terms. You are responsible for all Data posted or collected on your account.
